Hey Guys,

I guess if there was anywhere to ask questions in regards to entrance exams this would be it. So, I am currently a year 10 and I am undertaking the year 11 entrance examination for JMSS for entrance into year 11. I was disappointed to be rejected last year so I want to make sure I get in this year. If you want to know what I achieved as scores I received superiors in maths, numerical reasoning and scientific reasoning, I received high averages (I believe that high average is the one below superior) in both the essays. Can you guys assist me in what i should study and such? It would be very much appreciated if anyone who gained entrance into John Monash for year 11 would tell me about their experiences.
hi, just wondering if in year 10 entrance, you made it through to an interview, and then got rejected or??
those scores you got were outstanding so i thought you would have made it through the test?

Hey guys! Do any of you have experience with Elizabeth Blackburn School of science? Is it a good school? Better than JMSS??

Hi Tracheid and everyone else preparing for JMSS Year 11 Entry,

You may want to take a look at the following resources and tips contributed by pi which from my perspective are very helpful to prepare you for your test.

Alternatively, you can go to http://www.aameperth.com.au/selective-school-test for a free diagnosis assessment as well as plenty of on-line practice questions in all areas to get you better prepared for selective entry high school examinations.

Best Luck!
