omg. Am i the only one who put 1/22?? Because didn't the question ask what proportion of countries have more female ministers ... as in, more female minister than MALE ministers in that country??

Eg. Norway had 56% - which means there's more female ministers than male ministers in that country???

No it asked for the proportion of countries that had higher percentage of female ministers than Australia.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't REALLY matter what you put. A proportion refers to the quotient you get when the the whole is divided by a smaller part. And a quotient refers to the result of a division. So if you put 11/22, it means the same thing as 1/2 which means the same thing as 0.5 which means the same thing as 50%. It's only the PROPORTION. 50% of female ministers, half the female ministers = same thing.
