I definitely remember it being to what extent do u agree to this statement, give reasons..

Its fine what you have done, because you can sit on the fence and say it has pros and cons (which it does)

I decided just to just justify why it should be retained. giving those reasons,

spewing it was such an easy exam, i would have scored higher than all you cunts if it was harder regardless so fuck yas im better at legal than you wankers

As for the Jury system question - you were asked do you agree with the argument. You either say yes, and put down strengths for it (well, you don't literally say yes, I'm assuming); you say yes BUT blah blah blah and do both strengths and weaknesses; or you say no and only put weaknesses. All three of these will be accepted, from what an examiner-friend has told me.
