Hi, just found this site about 10 mins ago so sorry if I have posted this in the wrong section.

Just wondering if anyone could recommend some lectures/revision classes during the year and for the mid term and end of year exams for the folloing subjects:
- English Language
- Mathematical Methods
- LOTE: Italian
- Psychology
- Chemistry
All above subjects are VCE units 3 & 4 subjects.

Thankyou so much ^.^

I know Access run midyear and end of year revision lecture (I've been to the ones at Monash Uni in Clayton) which were helpful. The notes were useful and they were relatively cheap.

Not sure what the other lectures are like, though.

No way! I've been learning since prep, but it's such a slow process. I think i'm not a bad writer, however my oral skills are shocking!
Thankgod there are others out there <3

i agree. writing is definitely difficult.
i also fine listening hard, especially listening to native speakers who might have an accent.

I basically did 3+ lectures for each of my subjects over september & october;

These are by far the better ones:

Access - Short, Sharp and extremely good revision!!!! Highly recommend (and very cheap!)
VATE - English, again fantastic - uses the head assessors etc
Monash - again, cheap & great notes

I found that TSSM ones were a waste of time & money. Bad lectures i thought.

VCE 2007 - Outdoor and Environmental Studies - 44 (40.80)

VCE 2008 - English - 41 (40.61)
                Maths Methods CAS - 30 (37.46)
                Chemistry - 33 (37.93)
                Biology - 36 (36.68)
                Health & Human Development - 46 (44.49)

ENTER: 94.15 (!)

2009: Nursing/Emergency Health (Paramedic) - Monash Peninsula
