huh? He called me homosexual....i took offence.... ROFLMAO was warned by Excal. Done.

What else have you to add to this which is necessary? A new debate whether being called Homosexual is offensive?
That is up for interpretation, if somebody is offended for lies about their sexuality being posted, it is a 100% fair call to express that they don't appreciate that.

If I was being HOMOPHOBIC, that is completely different, and yes I would be out of line, and against the Code, but I'm not...

I think schmalex means that it's offensive that homo is a derogatory term. Like how people say, 'wow that's so gay', they're associating the word 'gay' with something negative which is pretty offensive. Roflmao could easily have said, 'iz male but is hetero' and would you have read that as a derogatory remark?
