weird q!

a tradesman charges a $50 call fee plus $25 for each 15 minutes or part thereof. on a certain visit he charged the householder $100. it was noted he arrrived at 11.30am. which of the departure times below could be correct?

a. 11.38am
b.11.48am
c.12.05pm
d.12.20pm
e.12.35pm

The key word is part thereof.

$15 will be charged even if the 15 minutes is not over...
