It's an example. I wouldn't be surprised if Tendulkar is the only Indian to bat well this tour

Ponting and Clarke seem to be doing it very easy, centuries for both of them it looks. The Indians are in trouble, not just for this test but the rest of the series as well.

Ponting bringing up the ton with style :/

I would've been devastated if he was run out.

Well batted to both Ponting and Clarke, Australia should be able to pull of a win from here, but you never know.

Great knocks by Clarke and Ponting. Hope Hussey can grab a quick ton too! :D

Clarke to make 300, fantastic innings so far. Would love for Hussey to ton-up as well.

Well there could be a sudden cloudburst that holds up play for 2 days

I'm not curry or white btw.
But yeah, anything can happen.
India was bowling so well until
Clarke / Ponting and Clarke / Hussey
partnerships came in.

The pitch certainly seems to favour the batsmen, rather than the bowlers. Considering India still has quite a strong batting line-up they might be able to post a reasonable total. Additionally, rain is predicted tomorrow so if it rains long enough, India may be able to salvage a draw, but it is very doubtful.

For India to salvage the draw it'd have to be 2 sessions lost to rain and an average performance from Australia's bowlers. 5.5 sessions should be easily enough to take 10 wickets

the mindset, apart from sehwag, that the indians have adopted this innings is very refreshing. especially gambhir. Sehwag is just a fat, bald lard, that plays with reckless abandon.
