Again why is everyone blatantly criticizing the Indian bowlers for their "lack" of experience? Rather I think it should be more like this - perhaps consider being more encouraging . Who knows maybe the likes of Umesh Yadav can be one of the greatest bowlers of all time in the making. After all all bowlers started off "inexperienced".
Yes maybe they will be some of the greatest bowlers ever,
in the future, but they aren't at that stage now...
Shane Warne was one of the best bowlers ever and he got slapped around the park in his first few tests, which is what I'm suggesting may happen to the Indian bowlers (not just restricted to India either, potential for ours too).
Additionally, I personally wasn't saying that these inexperienced bowlers are bad, because they're not, as shown by Yadav taking 3 wickets. But they are not as good as some of the other Indian bowlers Australia has faced recently.
After watching today's play, it was obvious that, despite taking wickets, Zaheer Khan isn't fully fit and bowling at the standard he usually would. He was struggling for pace (up until he dismissed Clarke) and bowling more "bad" balls than you would expect from a bowler of his calibre. The same can be said for Sharma.
I'm not saying that the Indian bowling line-up is poor - it isn't. I just believe that it's not as good as it has been in the past. I still rate them as a high chance of beating Australia, just not as highly as if they had a fully fit list.
Similarly, Australia's team is not as good as it has been in the past, so the rest of the test (and series) will be interesting to watch and see who comes out on top.
