Anyone know if we can take like energy pills/lollies into the exam?

What about flavoured water or powerade?

I struggled in the last 30 min of my prac exam the other day - total lack of energy...

You shouldnt be consuming foods/drinks that have a lot of sugar in them...
I think you're allowed to take water into the exam though :)

what about no-doz(caffeine) pills and non-sugar beverages?

its not really a case of me wanting to eat during the exam, its just i think i need to for the energy value.

Just have something that is low in GI and it should be enough to get you through the exam :)

Banana's are good for before an exam. Low GI energy to get ya through it. And no, you can't bring in food, and you're only allowed water in a clear, non-labelled bottle.

V/red bull are pwn, I used them for my mid-years and I plan on using them again. Make you concentrate more, give you energy, especially for me seeing as I find it difficult to eat breakfast when I'm nervous.
