Dental flossing and healthy teeth/gums

Hey

Does anyone here use a device or knows anyway to make dental flossing easier? I give up on it nearly all the time or don't do it properly...i get just can't get my hands in my mouth to put it in the C shape especially the back teeth. Now i know there are these things called dental flossers like this one http://dentistry.about.com/od/dentalproducts/fr/reach.htm, and then theres dental picks and other devices? Does anyone use these? How do you find flossing with these? Or if anyone has tips to make flossing easier. Thanks. Also as an aside, do people here use electric or manual toothbrush? If you've used both which one is better? I also bought  this waterpik that i saw while looking online and it looks like a good tool to really get under the gums. Anyway your thoughts on dental hygiene and what you use and what is the easiest way to do it. While on the topic of tooth health what mouthwash do people use? I love listerine, don't really like the colgate one.

In my experience, flossers were no better than usual floss. Ask your dentist how to use floss properly, they love to show you :P

My sister is a dentist, IIRC, electric toothbrushes are generally better but can damage gums. When she graduated, Oral B gave them that computer with a toothbrush on it (like $200 RRP I think) but she, and my family, still use this:
CS3960 Super Soft Toothbrush (http://www.curaprox.info/index.php?cnumber=45&sub=1&pgetype=0&clink=0&cn=Toothbrushes)

As for toothpaste/wash, curasept is apparently the best, then colgate?

i could. any other products that are easily available in stores?

i was just reading this http://www.australianprescriber.com/magazine/32/6/162/4... the mouth wash contains chlorhexidine and it says
"Current recommendations are for twice-daily chlorhexidine to be used only as a short-term adjunct, or as an aid in disinfection of surgical sites, to improve wound healing, or as a short-term treatment of halitosis. It is not recommended for long-term use due to its numerous adverse effects. These include tooth and restoration staining, soft tissue staining, increased calculus deposition, unpleasant taste, taste alteration, burning sensation, desquamation and mucosal irritation. Chlorhexidine may also potentiate oral discomfort in patients with chemotherapy-induced mucositis, xerostomia or ulcerative oral mucosal conditions."
