I think History Revolutions has to be up there as one of the hardest subjects. Especially if you're doing the French Revolution, which has an incredible amount of information. There's two Revolutions you have to do, and no mid-years. Also, apparently the exams are very specific, so you may have to write an essay on some tiny part of the Revolution which you might accidentally skip over...
now im afraid of this....

This is dependent on the individual.

I would say that English is probably the hardest to score well in for most students. Whilst LOTE can be a real pain, if you have no passion/interest in the subject and yet still want to do well.

Well of all the subjects I've done... English Language. English is good in that you can make shit up but the coherency of your writing can give the impression of complexity, but english language is remember... grammars, useless information.... blurgh.

Looking at the load of the subjects I've done and what i see others doing, I'd say physics is one of the easiest if you understand the basics. There's just not much too learn, it's just doing questiosn so exam questions don't surprise you enough so that you get a good mark can be time consuming.

In my personal experience, Spesh is easier than lote because its easier to study for and less time consuming. It's really difficult to become good at a second lote, Spesh is much more structured, and there's a well defined area of things you need to know. With languages, there's always room for improvement. Same goes for music and art; there's no upper limit to the level you need to be at to do well.

English is the hardest one that I do atm.

But from year 7 and 8 electives, I think that if I was doing 'woodwork' somewhere, that would defs be the hardest for me. I'm better with my CAS than with a saw.

System Techs was also gay, the horrid stench of solder permeating the air. Horrid.
About Philosophy

When I see a youth thus engaged,—the study appears to me to be in character, and becoming a man of liberal education, and him who neglects philosophy I regard as an inferior man, who will never aspire to anything great or noble. But if I see him continuing the study in later life, and not leaving off, I should like to beat him - Callicle

Our UHS tech compulsory 'electives' were woodwork, metal work and fabric work. I also did the best subject ever: flight tech, in yr 8. Tech classes were pretty fun though.

Whilst you may view 'woodwork' contemptibly, I think it is important to be well-rounded in life and I can tell you now, unless you choose to pursue chemistry at university, a saw will be of much more use to you one day as opposed to a burette.

I don't think there was any contempt there. He was merely stating that he found it difficult.

Please explain? By the way, become back Bon.

I don't mean to oppose Rohitpi, I too found woodwork boring. I'm just saying, that a saw is used to break up firewood, build a house andcut a branch that is too long. These are all things many of us will do in life, where on earth will you use your knowledge of VCE chemistry? Most of it is simplified to such a level it is not at all relevant in real life.

At what stage did he say/express this?
2011 - English, English Language, Philosophy, Indonesian SL, Outdoor and Environmental Studies.

“We are all alone, born alone, die alone, we shall all someday look back on our lives and see that, in spite of our company, we were alone the whole way. I do not say lonely -- at least, not all the time -- but essentially, and finally, alone. This is what makes your self-respect so important, and I don't see how you can respect yourself if you must look in the hearts and minds of others for your happiness.”
― Hunter S. Thompson
