EOI: VN Cruise (NOT boat)

Just putting it out there, would any VNers be interested in a cruise-type day out?

When: Jan? sometime before people go back to school

Time: 11am initial meet-up, then go to somewhere for lunch at 12-1pm, then do something after til afternoon/night.

What: Meet & Greet, BBQ (or just restaurant), activities

Where: Phillip island? I don't know any good places

Post your opinions! I would assume if something like this was to go ahead, it wouldn't be a massive load of people (<30) and things to do could be easily decided on the day. I know there's a huge chunk of people on here that have their license, with a few on their greens as well, so there would surely be enough rides.

Cruise down to philip island? Sounds pretty cool. But if you get stuck with an awkward group in your car... xD

I think it wouldn't be too bad, it's more about the logistics of getting everyone there :P

Have a west pre-meet and an east/south-east pre-meet (because people don't know how to use melways these days). Then hook up somewhere and head down to destination.

Alternatively, could hook up at a coles carpark and shop for bbq stuff :D

I have a feeling that some people are getting confused and thinking it's a boat cruise rather than a car cruise >_>
