Aren't qld end-of-year exams done internally? Therefore making it hard (harder than HSCE or VCE at least) for such boards?

(I'm quite possible wrong here though)

I reckon we should get Tasmania before we get Queensland. I have met a couple of lurkers here who are from tassie.

I don't reckon we'll see any more states untill the others fill up though.
