I did intensive intermediate Spanish during the summer break once (doesn't exist anymore) and intro Ancient Greek during the winter one year. Both were challenging, as they pack a lot of content in a short space of time, but at the same time I really enjoyed being able to focus on one thing really well and smash that. Definitely work hard, but it comes with a real sense of achievement whilst you're doing it, because you do develop skills so quickly.

thanks for the suggestion, I'll check out Ancient Greek :)

It's been a thing now for a few semesters. Your WAM changes first then results show up later on, can take hours or even a few days to show. But you can calculate what the result is, just not know what subject it is from.

I suspect it's for a subject I finished up 2 weeks ago, it had a take home exam so that could be why

I was just wondering if anyone on here has done ARBC10006 (Arabic 2)? I've recently sat the test that allows them to allocate you into a particular level, and I got Arabic 4 but I think Arabic 2 is also open given what the coordinator told me. I haven't seen many reviews and I'm quite apprehensive about workload, etc. with a 3rd year Micro/Immuno schedule (God only knows I died this semester haha)! Any thoughts? Thanks!

Hey everyone - just wondering if anyone knew if I was allowed to do 2 level 2 subjects in semester 2 (I'm a first year). One would be breadth and the other science (but not relevant to major) - so I'd only end up doing 6 level 1 subjects this year. Is there a chance that this could stuff me up in semesters to come?

Thanks a heap!

Also - did anyone doing Principles of Marketing notice some weird grade out of 95 popping up in their grade book? Mine was like - waaaay - lower than what I thought it would have been if it was my actual score, but at the same time friends who got the same assignment marks as me got wildly different scores on grade book so it must be based on something?... *stress*
