Thank you very much everyone.
For semester 1, I will definitely do these 3 subjects: BIOL10004, CHEM10003, MAST10006. I need to pick one more so it is either physics 1, intro microeconomics or linear algebra.

I don't like how there are so many prerequisites and restrictions. The breadth system is great but I think it should be an option, we shouldn't be forced to have breadth subjects. The many rules kind of defeat the purpose of the "flexibility" of the Melbourne Model. I don't like how they set up rules like that, it is like limiting. Setting up limiting rules leads to bad consequences:

One of the significant points of the model was that you would do a breadth of study at undergraduate level. Asking you to do 4 subjects over 3 years is hardly significantly limiting you

Plus, the Melbourne Model has been running since 2007, so everyone applying to Melbourne should be well aware of what it entails.

I was mostly joking actually, given the youtube video.
Outside of science I am interested in economics so I will do mostly economics subjects. I only wish I can take computer science subjects for breadth because I am also interested in artificial intelligence but don't want to take it as part of the science degree.

It is almost me ;--;
But no, that would be 'demonstrator' and 'chemical engineering'.

Wake up and SUDDENLY four out of five classes have information up on the LMS. Does anyone else have things up?
It's really distressing how much this excited me, and how quickly I shot to the LMS to check my own.

To be honest calling it a library is overly flattering.

I admit defeat, well done hahaha

(I'm only waiting on Biochem.)
EDIT: Animal Structure and Function just vanished o_o

Spanish 5 and Molecular Cell and Biomed up for me thus far, everything else has disappeared though which is annoying because I was hoping to look over some Chem, whoops. (probably wasn't going to do it anyway)

And to everyone hating on breadth. It is an absolute godsend. Unless you're superstudent, it's a well needed break from your other subjects as far as I'm concerned.

2013-15: BBiomed (Biochemistry and Molecular Biology), UniMelb
2016-20: MD, UniMelb
2019-20: MPH, UniMelb
2021-: GDipBiostat, USyd

I too would really appreciate if he teaches us his ways. Been reading his posts for a while trying to find out how he does it (not stalking or anything :P ).
