What are you swapping it for?

Physics in spite of it being badly taught. Otherwise I just won't be able to study it for the GAMSAT.

Did you seriously not get my message the first time?

What breadth subjects would really help in the GAMSAT particularly in Section 1. Would "An Ecological History of Humanity" or
should I just do subjects that I'm good at

I'm sorry, but this question just makes me angry.

THAT'S NOT THE POINT OF BREADTH SUBJECTS JUST PICK SOMETHING OUTSIDE OF YOUR DEGREE THAT INTERESTS YOU, OR HAS A SMALL WORKLOAD AND ALLOWS YOU TO STUDY MORE FOR THE SUBJECTS THAT MATTER. THERE IS A WHOLE WORLD OUTSIDE THE GAMSAT SYLLABUS

Also, read this post from mavisgibbons, she's a woman with her head screwed on the right way.

I'd say GAMSAT isn't the most important thing in the world.  GPA I would rate much more highly.
You only need the GAMSAT to get into a select bunch of postgraduate degrees.  You need a good GPA (or at least passes) to get into most all postgraduate degrees.  And often, for internships or employment.

That said you can use your breadth to improve your skills.  I would take a subject which involves some writing (ie most any uni breadth subject or Arts type subject, many commerce subjects) to practice your skills, but in a topic which interests you.  For instance, I took a criminology subject with a focus on biological causes of crime last semester.  It interested me because biology.  It also reintroduced me to essay writing, which I guess would be helpful for the writing component of the GAMSAT, among other things, especially since most of the examinations were 30 minute essays.  If you like history, do some history.  If you're interested in marketing, do some marketing.  I'm sure any subject that interests you will let you practice your writing skills.

Don't forget that university isn't just a machine which you slide into and out of with a degree scroll. Being there has many intrinsic benefits, one of which is the opportunity to learn more about other aspects of the world which interest you.

When I did Intro Micro they were available but the lecturer did do some writing that you couldn't see if I remember correctly. Chemistry 1 lectures were all recorded in Semester 1 but in Semester 2, the guy who did Thermodynamics didn't like that only 1/3 of the class rocked up to lectures so he cut the recordings for his segment of the course.
