Entirely unsurprised to discover that Geoff Shaw teaches and coordinates a 3rd year breadth subject about sex (Sex: Science & Society). More surprised to discover he graduated with a double major in zoology and -pure mathematics-; two things you don't usually see side by side.

2013-2015: BSc [Zoology] @ UoM | DLang [German - DISCONTINUED]
2016: GDSc [Botany] @ UoM
2017-2018: MSc [Biosciences - Zoology] @ UoM

Summer: BOTA30006

S2: GEOG20009 | BOTA30002 | BOTA30005 | EVSC20003 | NRMT90002

There's a bloke that we had this year who apparently teaches in it as well. Seriously almost considered doing the subject just for him. He's head of zoology and an expert in assisted reproduction, so we had him for the reproduction lectures. The first of which started off with all the things he had in the shape of sperm, which included a USB and a t-shirt that said "Got sperm?".

Friend of mine had a Super/Spermman T-shirt with a sperm coiling into an S shape lol

Hi,
Is it possible to be eligible for an access scholarship from the year before that you didn't apply for because you had no idea about it? I'm guessing not but is it worth a try?

You can only apply to Access Melbourne by submitting a course application through VTAC- so you would need to start a UMelb course from the beginning in order to apply.

There are plenty of other equity scholarships available through the university though.

Browse here for faculty based scholarships: http://futurestudents.unimelb.edu.au/admissions/scholarships/faculty-based_scholarships

More broadly: http://services.unimelb.edu.au/scholarships/ugrad/current
University of Melbourne - Bachelor of Arts majoring in English, Economics and International Studies (2013 onwards)

Thanks for link, but I don't meet the criteria for any of those - they're mostly for research higher degrees it seems.
