Nah, although Fridays for me is just a 1 hour AM1 lecture.

Tbh, I actually prefer it this way. It forces me to go to uni 5 days per week. When I was at RMIT last year, I was never productive on my days off. Plus I live across the road from Melbourne Uni, so it's easy for me to get to.

Ahh, fair enough. No starts before 11am sounds like a good timetable to me.  :P

Where is the MSD Dulux Theatre?

MSD is the Melbourne School of Design I think, new building in the north-east area of the campus.

hmmm I think our answer for the "staggered" issue is here

https://ask.unimelb.edu.au/app/answers/detail/a_id/5768/kw/staggered

This doesn't explain why some people are unable to enrol in their lectures. Also it says that more classes will be available 2nd Feb if you scroll over the "unavailable" classes, so unless they are staggering the release of the subject over the course of today, then I'm pretty sure this is some bug that needs to be fixed.

They seem to be having a bit of trouble with some of their classes. It should be resolved soon enough though.

MAST10011
CHEM10006
ENVS10003
ENVS10007
MUSI10026

They've announced problems with those subjects ^

Last year they didn't show up on the LMS until 1-2 weeks before the semester started.

Classes go up on the LMS when the coordinator puts them up.

For instance, BIOM30002 (a subject I'm doing) has been up for weeks because the coordinator decided she hates kids

Is it a good idea to do a chem tutorial right after a chem lecture and prac?
I have the decision of going :
maths lect =====>Chem lect 2=====> Chem prac====> 15 mins break =====> chem tutorial
or
chem tutorial======> an hour break======> maths lect====> chem lect2======> chem prac
Which one is better?
Thank you.

I always thought chemistry pracs were a bit draining when I was taking them so i'd probably say option 2 because i's always good to go straight home after them.

Preemptive message, your subjects may take awhile to show up on the Lms and not necessarily at the same time. It's up to when the subject coordinator decides to make it available.

https://app.lms.unimelb.edu.au/bbcswebdav/institution/catalogue/index.html will show you what subjects have been made available, so if you can't see one and it's listed in grey it just means the coordinator hasn't made it live yet, nothing to worry about.

If it is online, wait at least 24 hours since enrollment and if it still isn't showing up then contact the LMS support team.

Thank you so much!
hahha that option is full now damnnnnn.
That being said, study wise, isnt it better off to do the tutorial right after a prac since the pracs are still fresh in your mind?
(I don't even have a clue to what you do in tutorials ahah)

That's okay, if you decide to go with option 2 then you will be able to get the staggered release for those two timeslots later on. Tutorials are strongly lecture based in what they cover, whereas practicals usually cover things that are minimally discussed in lectures so there's no real benefit study wise, no.
