I'm not sure how it's different in Commerce, but I know at least from Biomed that your student centre can change your major, but you can't

It's probably the same for us then, as I can't seem to find an option online to do it... I'll probably have to call stop 1

edit: is it likely they ask me to fill in an enrolment variation form? I don't want to wait 30 mins on the phone/actual queue to find that out...

Yeah, for switching streams in a BCom you need to fill in the enrollment variation form. Don't go to Stop1, they can't change it.

Sounds like the full (i.e. non-CSP) tuition fee. Did you enrol in it through a CSP in your degree?

I recall you were talking about CAP a while back, in which case you'd be paying the full fee.

Yep if it's CAP then you'd pay the full fee

Yep you're both right, does anyone know if you're able to put it on HECS and repay it with the rest of my course fees?

What's the deal with textbooks for medical school? On a whim I decided to check the handbook and the list is way longer than I thought it'd be. Is it necessary to have them? Should I try to "find" them on the internet (*cough*)? Should I buy them? Is it enough to consult them in the library as necessary?

Don't buy any up front. Just buy what you need as you go. Which could very well be none.

We actually get access to a whole heap of textbooks on MD Connect (we don't use LMS) so that should have you sorted for first year :)

Hello! How are things going? If I'm not mistaken, it was pretty rough earlier in the year. Are things better now? :)

Hey! I ended up having to go on leave for semester 2 but I'm back and ready to smash out the rest of my degree now  ;D

Regarding the new Bachelor of Design, will Unimelb bother making offers to VCE applicants who scored lower than the minimum ATAR for 2017? It says 85.00 (Guide only) and I missed out.

Access Melbourne ATAR is 78 I think, if you've applied for SEAS you may fall under that guarantee
