It's not about a lawsuit, it's about people seeing the questions online. A testing centre in NZ was snowed in and I'm not sure if they actually held an exam there.

FWIW, one thing that surprised me was that the questions genuinely got harder and harder for S1, expected them to all be the same.

As far as I can tell the centre ran the exam, go for your life if you want to post questions etc.

section 2 was quite hard, but its good knowing it wasn't just me who found it hard.
also section 1, i didn't get that weird abacus like questions with the 7 digit number, otherwise i think i did pretty well.

I don't think anyone can ever be sure about it though, its not something you can feel prepared for nor definite about.

but im over it, when do results come out ?

Just got home...
I actually found section 1 the easiest, which really surprised me  :o
section 2 was just simply annoying.
also some of those missing segment questions were such a drag...

worst thing tho was arriving at 7.30 and not starting till 10

Couldn't agree with you more - but I have a feeling that I performed worse than I wanted in section 2, which will likely drag my mark down considerably. I really didn't like the questions to begin with and started tuning out mid-way throughout all the texts...... *SIGH*

I have heard results come out late September.

Section 1: Good until last 2 questions - not enough time
Section 2: HARD, 50% Questions were probably straightforward, passages were basically impossible to understand fully unless your language skills are extremely good.
Section 3: EASY, finished when the examiner said 10 minutes left, hoping this section would save me!

What did you guys get for that question on the fake pearl out of the 12?
Section 1 and 3 was alright for me but section2 was like wtf. In the acer practice papers i did really good at section 2 but today it was annoying that for some questions i cant narrow it down to two answers...
Yeah the only questions that i didnt really understand was the pearl question i saw all those numbers and just guessed so i can do questions that i actually understand fully and also the cube question with the view from the front and the top with the person describing it with numbers i couldnt do as well

Personally I thought S3 was rather easy, S1 was 'okay' (comparable to S1 of Acer Prac Test 2) but S2 was really weird. I really didn't like the passages...at all.

Hoping madly for a 90+ %ile.

But mmmm...zzz

I put the option (pearls 7&8 for one of them), no idea if its right though, didn't check it

I did that as well, however this was more of a guess than anything. I skipped this question and went back to it nearing the end... so I have no idea xD

The way to tackle that question was simply just a process of elimination. If it balanced, all those marbles were eliminated from being the odd marble (as they are of equal weight) and the others were then weighed until it was possible to identify a specific marble. The annoying part was just making sure which side of the balance the marbles were on after each weighing and which way it tilted.

i put that too, wasnt really a guess either i worked my way through it
s1 = reasonable
s2 = screwed up to the extent where i starting counting how many option "A"s i put (ended up being 18) im glad everyone found it difficult though,
s3 = pretty good, much easier than medentry. but i ended up guesstimating like 5
only ambiguities for s1 were the 'false positive and false negatives' - i swear that didnt make sense :( did anyone else put 60% for the answer?
Also, did anyone manage to figure out the cube question?
where some kid builds two cubes, and his teacher 2,3,1,4 or something?
I was tossing up between 3,2,1,3 and 3,2,3,1 or w/e it was..couldnt find a relationship for the last two digits :(

Same, wasn't sure whether it was 1,3 or 3,1; ended up putting 3,1 as the last 2 digits
