Sundries from C R&P J into ledgers

Hi,

If you have a sundrie receipt or payment in the cash receipt or payments journal. When posting to the ledger, do you post the transaction on the date occurred or the end of the month?

my friend lost a mark over it and other people put down the date of the transacton and got it right.

your teacher's wrong....

you should ONLY date your journal postings at the END of RP.
Do not do your teacher's way in the VCAA exam

okay..

the teacher said its in the cambridge book.
i have the old edition of 2006 and it said sundries at the end of the RP.

does the second edition differ?
