Just looking through it now: Question 20 for Motion, it says I got 3/6 but looking at the actual exams it was only a three mark question.... Same for question 12 in electronics: it says I got 2/4 but the exam says it's only a 2 mark question. What's that about???

The exam is marked by 2 examiners. Thats why the total score is 180 and not 90.

Nice score Matt (given our interest in the subject, and what we had last yr)! I wouldn't be surprised if I got something very similar :)

Dude I only got 2 more makes than you. Don't worry your grade means nothing. It's your ranking and that's based off your score. You can still get 40+ man! But yea i've pretty much given up on physics too. Bottom 2 for sure.

you know the shit thing is when you look at your statement and think wtf why did i lose marks there....its really frustrating. :/

Yeah I lost the dumbest mark ever. I got 1/6 for the super easy motion question (Q11) about calculating her apparent weight at the bottom of the circle. I learnt from my mistake though. Always set aside time to double check your paper! I just realised half of the marks I lost would have been avoided if I didn't spend 30 minutes thinking of that stupid block question (Q7) (which I didn't change my answer and got full marks for anyway) and use that time to double check! 30 minutes!

Yea probs. I heard that the highest mark at MHS is like some guy that lost 3 marks. I know a couple of Macrob girls that got better than this and I think one's in Year 11. Kind of makes us feel shit considering Physics is suppose to be a subject that guys are good at. Hopefully we did better in Chemistry :P

lol mate we did do better in chem :) and i think the highest in our year level was 88/90 which i am pretty sure
But yes, it does make me feel like shit :/
