Hey Guys,
I'm having some problems understanding this chapter..
I've read the chapter over several times but still unsure on how to prepare a budgeted cash flow statement

Also, some theory questions I'm unsure how to answer properly:

1.   Explain why it is important to have an accurate estimate of Budgeted sales

2.   Explain the role of historical data in the preparation of budgeted reports

3.   State two expected expenses that will not be reported in the Budgeted Cash Flow Statement

4.   Explain two benefits of preparing budgets more frequently than once per year.

Any help would be great! :)

1. So you get an accurate budget.
2. Used to prepare budgets.
3. Expenses that don't affect cash.
4. You get more accurate budgets more frequently. - Check what are the benefits of even doing budgets in the first place.
