Anyone competing? I'm considering it.

Here's a link if you guys are interested: http://www.vu.edu.au/events/inaugural-hon-michael-kirby-contract-law-moot-competition

Winner's off to Vienna to compete for the global title, apparently (according to my Contracts 1 lecturer, anyway).

$300 rego :S tbh I don't like having to pay for something like this...

Given it's unlimited team size (which sounds really really weird) i'd consider making some ridiculous 10 person team or something although i'm currently in the middle of another national moot (which didn't cost money... why does it cost $300!??!) and probably won't be in the mood to do another another moot afterwards =/

good luck with it though, I had a quick look at the problem and it looks pretty interesting without being too complex.

Not particularly sure why it costs $300. I would just prefer to do a Contracts moot than anything else - mainly because I spend at least 35 hours a week studying Contracts, and this case scenario is along the same lines as my Contracts 1 assignment.

Either way, still contemplating whether or not to do it. My mates are doing it, but they're all Pass average students, and I don't particularly want to be dumped into the deep end with people who can't research, can't write and barely have the motivation to come to Uni.
