You can construct your entire essay with the above questions you set yourself. Examples can be gathered through news articles, historical events (read Wikipedia for convenience), quotes of well recognised people, famous people's lives (e.g. Mandela, Gandhi, Martin Luther King jr... If you cannot think of any others), psychological studies etc. Have a go first before reading study guides, I find that my responses are less generic if I avoid them especially ones specifically for context.
