Hi

I'm doing unit 2 methods and getting okay marks and I understand all the set work in class but then as soon as a test comes I don't do as well as I hoped, I think I've been getting in the 70's - low 80%'s (not top of my class but quite a bit higher than average) which is kind of annoying because maths has always been my strongest subject and I feel like I really could improve, and I want to do well in methods next year, but I just don't know how haha
I can't really get a tutor because I live in the middle of no where and don't know of any good ones. I try to do extra questions at home from the text book but it doesn't really help repeating the same types of questions over and over again when i get it the first couple of times
Does anyone have any tips or ways that could help improve my marks?
Edit: Oh yeah I should probably mention that my teacher sucks, like if you don't understand something he says we have to figure it out at home or see him in our time, but he sucks at explaining stuff anyway and he smells. Like really bad lol.
