Comparative Analysis Essay Structure?

My last English SAC for this term is a comparative analysis essay, which has never been given to Year 11's at my school, so it's my first time attempting to write one.
Could someone tell me what should I include in the introduction, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and conclusion?
Note: They changed the SAC at pretty much last minute, so I'm really lost because 3 English classes didn't really go into depth with structure and was mainly based on the persuasive techniques, which is easy for me to find and explain but the structure is all i need to know.

We have been given 1 Article & 1 Picture with a small quote on the issue of importing foxes.
