What kind of marks are needed in the exam for 40+ if you're rank 1 in a cohort of 10

In the written exam you need high 60s out of 75 to get 45+ with good sac marks and oral. Therefore for a 40 you're looking at low-mid 60s with a reputable oral and once again decent sacs.
