I remember my mate once advising everyone to "take a few minutes off late in the evening" with a highly suggestive wink.

He also said something along the lines of "I feel so relaxed. So refreshed."

Only a few minutes?  How surprisingly (and probably unfortunately) short.  :(

Yeah I reckon, you're meant to enjoy coffee, not to take it as though it was a shot.

Your not the only one. I've had my break to wake up this morning that I'm going to start work, chocked up, fever, exhausted and unable to think :(

I know, what gets me though is it started right after I had a 4 day break? Shouldn't I have got sick while I was working and not when I had a rest?

EDIT: Maybe I am meant to keep working and not have a break.

Haha, it's god's punishment for not continuing to work :P
I'm intending to work hard these two weeks so that I can relax a bit when school starts again, cause i'm really hoping to have finished everything i intend to do by the end of these holidays :):)

I feel so behind!

It's been going around for ages, that. I was bedridden for a few days early last month... I was only awake twice a day for about three hours at a time, and doing a task even as simple as putting clothes in the washing machine physically exhausted me. The only bright side to it all was that the constant fever meant I was burning heaps of calories... I lost about 3kg even though all I did was eat, drink water and sleep, lol.

Make sure you keep your fluids up, and take the time to get better!!
It's not going to do you any good in the long run if you push yourself too hard now.

Yeh I thought I'd already got my cold for the season a month ago, then this one pops up on me and ruins my study holidays. Losing weight is a good thing for some but I can't afford to lose anymore weight, I'm 10kg underweight and yr 12 hasn't helped that. I was having trouble thinking this morning. I realised afterwards some of my posts made no sense at all.
