for X~N (μ,0.04), var = 0.04, so sd = 0.2

Pr(|X-μ|≤0.1) = Pr(-0.1 + μ < X < 0.1 + μ) = Pr(-0.1/0.2 < Z < 0.1/0.2) = standardcdf(-0.5, 0.5, 0, 1) = ...
