Okay, hopefully someone can clarify this for me.

As a non-year 12, do the order of my course preferences still count as they did in year 12? (I think they do, but just checking)
Am I able to get multiple offers?
Also, if there is a course which involves an interview (if I were to be shortlisted), does this course need to be put as a first preference for the interview to even be an option?

How Do Tertiary Offers Work?

1.  Yes, order still matters.
2. 

You can only receive one offer per round...
