Junk! ;D

Loool, I promised myself I'd eat blueberries and avoid white bread and all those stuff the tsfx exam advice lectures tell you to avoid :-\ but who on earth can eat "cruciferous vegetables" while studying?! eww LOL

But I take fish oil supplements, Vitamin B and drink lots of water/green tea to compensate for my excessive junk food intake, so it's all good haha :)

Generally, high-iron foods are awesome and keep the energy levels up.

I love my red meat and spinach. :D

And I also eat loads of fish. Apparently omega-3 helps with memory. Don't know if that's true, but I conveniently like fish a lot so I eat it just in case. :P

For drinks, water and hot Chinese tea keep me going.

I'm not really a caffeine/sugar/energy drink person as my high lasts about 2 minutes and my crash about 2 days, so it's a bit counter productive for me, just personally.

Study snacks include sultanas/raisins, nuts, and fruit.

Maccas everynight

I find that nibbling on chips, and sipping a frozen coke helps me study

6 slices of pizza - day (or in my case, for lunch) before your exam. The oil and fat works wonders on your mood :)
