Casein protein (suppliment or cottage cheese) provides a slow release of energy (protein) over several hours . Omega 3 is good too, just get the cheaper brands.

It's supplements not suppliments (well at least I think it is).

And for me, sleep is more important than what I'm consuming.

Correct, I made a spelling mistake. The proper spelling is supplements.

Sleep is a weird issue with me even though I know I need to get at least 8 hours of sleep, I study my best early in the morning and more precisely around 5-6am.

Find it hard to fall asleep before 11-12.

Problem with Red Bull, V, Mother etc is that you get a huge energy boost for a certain amount of time, but once this affect wears off you become lethargic for double the amount of time you felt energetic.

So drink it right before your exam so the burst can last for that 1-2 hours that you need it to :P

If you want to study well, eat oily, greasy, fatty foods - it makes you feel better lol.

Go to gym or do some kind of exercise to make up for it :P.

I take a multi-vitamin a day just to help and drink plenty of water. I will tend to eat junk food occasionally (as I often study at work, and I work at a fast food restaurant), but I feel the best way to study is to sit there with a double expresso dare and just give it my best.
‎"We divert our attention from disease and death as much as we can; and the slaughter-houses and indecencies without end on which our life is founded are huddled out of sight and never mentioned, so that the world we recognize officially in literature and in society is a poetic fiction far handsomer and cleaner and better than the world that really is."
- William James.
