If you want to study well, eat oily, greasy, fatty foods - it makes you feel better lol.

Go to gym or do some kind of exercise to make up for it :P.

Great idea :)

Some might call me a visionary ;).

Hey, I love eating fat! Exercise just means I can eat more :P

And I would definitely say visionary, trailblazing and larding at the same time :)

A raw, vegan, whey free, protein shake every morning with your own added supplementary ingredients to boost it's protein benifits. Keeps you full and gives a slow release of energy. My extra ingredients are Flaxseed meal, Chia seed, Aloe vera juice, honey instead of sugar and plan to add more soon lol :P But these are bascially rich in antioxidants, fibres, vitamins, nutrients and PROTEIN!
Snack on fruit instread of junk food. And fish/sea food! Chicken.
Avoid deep fired things as they can make you feel sluggish afterwards.

ALSO, do some exercise! Do some rigorous, cardio exercises for  30-40 min if you can. Or go for a fast paced walk or run. It makes you feel alive and gives you more energy and I swear to God, it is the best way to release stress. Exercise is made easier if you get a gym membership or something but don't spend hours there every day as you can't afford that atm. Just enough to make you feel alive.

I really hate to think what that would taste like...

But yeah, get heaps of exercise. I go to the gym a fair bit, mostly a form of procrastination but at least it's beneficial procrastination! Seriously, it makes you feel so energised afterwards and I find I use time much more efficiently as I'm actually alert when studying...

The added ingredients actully have little to no taste so it won't affect the taste in anyway, just make it a bit thicker. You can them in flavours and add your own flavours. It's all blended so it actually tastes good.

^ Haha. Chia seeds are actually pretty decent, but flaxseed oil tastes like complete crap.

@ Tanya - why vegan by the way (out of interest)?

Re. exercise, there are studies supporting increased productivity and morale amongst other things (CBF quoting them) so it in effect maximises your studying and quality of study.

And there's no better way to go to the gym than while you're actually at work. #That awkward moment when your boss has nothing better to do than read ATAR Notes and finds out that you're getting paid to work out.

You work in a gym? How cool.
But flaxseed meal has no taste ;)
Vegan because I don't like whey and they usually contain less carbs, fats, sodium and are gluten free. I'm a girl so I don't want any extra fat lol!
