Ask your school librarian or your VCE coordinator for a CD containing older exams.

Source: http://www.vcaa.vic.edu.au/vce/studies/biology/exams.html, read AFTER previous study design.

Without any particular knowledge on Bio - I would say don't bother. It's not worth going back that far, you're going to be introduced to too many new concepts/ideas. You're better off doubling up/tripling up on completing relevant VCAA exams.

“We are all alone, born alone, die alone, we shall all someday look back on our lives and see that, in spite of our company, we were alone the whole way. I do not say lonely -- at least, not all the time -- but essentially, and finally, alone. This is what makes your self-respect so important, and I don't see how you can respect yourself if you must look in the hearts and minds of others for your happiness.”

Some of the science has changed significantly since then and accordingly the course has changed as well.

There will be many things that aren't covered or covered differently. You'll most likely end up confusing yourself. No need to be totally hardcore, if you've done so many exams that you're at a point of having to go that far back, you're sufficiently prepared.
