Business Maths final payments of reducing balance loans

in reducing balance loans when the number of payments includes decimals e.g 52.444 how are you to calculate the final payment.
1. Find how much of the principal is left after 52 payments
2. Find how much is left after the 52 payments then put it in for one more interest calculation
3. find the 0.444 of the payment and take this as last payment
NOTE all these methods give very similar but different answers i just wanted clarification on what is the proper way.

tvm put all the values and put n = 52.

fv should give the principal left

yer i don't want to find what is left over i want to know if he were to pay regularly at the end of the month would he have interest calculated on this value
