Do you think that a question will come up which forces us to call on knowledge from say, year 10 geometry like this one did? I'm already shocking at identifying how to go about answering a question :\
I have done absolutely nothing this year in methods that would lead me to answering a question like that correctly!

The 'Cone of Death" question included assumed knowledge. So yeah they are allowed to ask a question like that. In fact, if you have a look at some of the 2011 trial papers, there is a greater emphasis on geometry, maybe you should give them a go.

As for assumed knowledge, there's nothing that can really prepare you for it. So all you can do it walk in with at least 30 or some prac exams under your belt and hope for the best.

Good luck for Tuesday/Wednesday!
