High Court Cases Required For Exam

I'm just going over my notes before the 15th, and I was wondering if other than these circumstances/examples, will I need any other cases regarding the High Court?

High Court case relating to structural protection of rights in the Constitution:

Trigwell Case

High Court case relating to shift in law making power between Commonwealth and States:

Tasmanian Dams Case

High Court case relating to interpretation of the Constitution (implied rights):

Freedom of Political Broadcasting Case

When would I have to use the Roach case?

Yeah I would use the roach case. Its not too difficult to remember and its a good one for the protection of rights. But I'm not sure about the High Court case about the structural protections of rights. All you will have to do for a question regarding structural protections is to discus what they are and how they protect rights (separation of powers - protects from potential corruption etc)

I wasn't aware we were required to have a case for structural protection - rather just know what it involves (seperation of powers, responsible and representative government); was never aware we had to know a case?

Do we?

Nah i don't think you do. Although it wouldn't hurt to put it in if you have time. Personally, if there is a question regarding structural powers, i'll just define it and give two examples (separation of powers and the High Court)
