Can someone explain the logic behind the answer of question 4d in networks. I got 16 weeks, but the assessors report says 15 weeks.

If you cut F and C by 2 weeks each, you will get a new critical path through E
Then you can cut E by one week to further shorten the project.
There are now two new critical paths: BEHI or BCFHI and each are 15 weeks long

Ahhh, so basically it is asking you to try to make the shortest critical path, by removing two weeks off A,C,E,F and G. And you only take 1 of E because taking any more of won't affect the critical path. Thank you :)
