I drew the line of d=-3t+16 and from there I saw it intersected at the point (2,10).
Or alternatively you could have used d=5t where t is from 0-2 and d=-3t+16.
Equate the two equations and you get 5t=-3t+16
8t=16
   t=2

do specialist and you do this stuff with three dimensions, and it gives you like, the most cryptic info ever
the linear stuff did seem a lot harder than previous years tho
it was one of the 4 that i could have done, but i went for trig, netowrks and matrices instead
