As someone who has been to this sort of thing in Victoria albeit with a different company.

I strongly recommend AGAINST cramming the course before the year stars. There's only so much information your brain can grasp in one day and I guarantee that you will not remember 10% of what you were taught one week later.

You're better off just reading your textbook for 2 or 3 hours a week over the holidays and building knowledge over the holidays to have good foundations.
