Hello 100! Well nerves are perfectly natural. To calm the nerves, it is best to find a method in getting you relaxed.
I don't know if this will help you, but I have found this: http://www.shortlist.com/entertainment/music/scientists-discover-most-relaxing-tune-ever

To be honest, it didn't really affect me, but a friend of mine listened to it and felt 'hypnotised' and felt 'tingly' all over her body.

Hope this helps :)

My tips:

get some exercise today, and if you find that makes you feel better, then do it again tomorrow morning before the exam.
Find some fun stuff to do to take your mind off the exam for the next few hours.
Tell yourself you can do this. It's not so bad - there are HEAPS of kids out there who are in a much worse position than you are. Acknowledge the nerves, don't try to stifle them, but just confront them. Visualise yourself being calm, confident and doing well. You know the format, you've done this before, you can do it again.
If it helps, do breathing/relaxation exercises.
Before the exam, try and take your mind off the nerves by being around supportive friends, or the fun, talkative kind of people who will make you laugh. Steer clear from the stressed out kids or those doing last minute exam prep. Hang out with the confident, happy, people and try to be one of them - confidence is key.

I've tried this before, and I could actually tell my heart was beating slower :P

Look out your window and watch the storm.. I find it very relaxing... But I've always had a thing for summer thunderstorms. They're my secret little fetish ;)

I feel really nervous in the morning, like about to vomit nervous
Passes as soon as I get to school, it's just there for the train trip

@chrisjb: My dad made me stop what I was doing, go to the front window and watch the storm. It was very relaxing indeed.

OMG that happens to me too sometimes. I was fine for methods last year, but in the couple days before the English exam this year I was feeling physically ill in the mornings when I woke up, it would usually go away after a bit. On the morning of the exam, I felt like shit, but once I got to school, I got over it - why does that happen? I made sure to get to school earlier than I needed to so I could just calmly eat my breakfast and chat with my friends about non-English stuff.

I think people should take the "I don't care approach," just think about fightclub: what would tyler say?
"I see all this potential, and I see squandering. God damn it, an entire generation pumping gas, waiting tables; slaves with white collars. Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes, working jobs we hate so we can buy shit we don't need. We're the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our Great War's a spiritual war... our Great Depression is our lives."

I don't see how, nerves are an impediment... and not a driving force?
