Anyone else think "supergeeeeek" is just from "http://www.yourwork.com.au" trying to promote the site?

It looks kinda crap TBH.

Look guys,  if you're going to try and emulate what we have going on ATARNotes, probably ATARNotes isn't the best place to try and deceptively advertise it.

We have no problem with ethical companies that come here and market their services in a completely honest way, there are a few good examples of this and they are doing very well. There are also examples of people using deceptive methods to do so, and believe me, we will, and have, done everything we can to ensure that our user base isn't being tricked  by dodgy tactics.

We're not anti-competitive if you'd like to put it that way, but we're not going to stand for what you've attempted to do here.

I'll also add that we've helped to put a company out of business before by exposing them as frauds. We'll happily do it again.

This is sufficiently awkward because we played no role in this. We actually refer to ourself as yourwork and do not need to 'hide' behind these fake accounts people have made. We know how this looks and it's not good from where we are standing however it wasn't until we noticed an unusual spike in referals from here that we decided to come check it out. I'm sure by now you would have realised that this 'imposter' was infact not any stunt to draw attention to yourwork.com.au by us and that our IP addresses are not the same as this person/people. We have a fairly good idea of who it was and this person has absolutely no affialiation with us or our site however we are not pointing fingers until we know who it was as you too should have done. We respectfully ask that you delete this post as publishing these accusations does constitute defamation. We regret that this was how it turned out however we understand how it makes us look hence we hope you would oblige with our requests. We also ask that you delete any further post which tries to do the same thing that this has done in order to avoid future problems.
