Thoughts about the exam? Any predictions for A+ cutoff? Any tricky/ambiguous questions?

It wasn't as bad as most of us expected, I reckon - but sneaky VCAA with extended response combining units 3 and 4!   :P

I forgot to mention that the judge in the adversary system is independent and impartial -.-... Also, how many strengths and/or weaknesses did everyone mention for the last question?

Haha, that was the most ambiguously worded Q, I think! "effective operation of legal system" - I just talked about Koori Court division in the County Court and how it'll promote fair&unbiased hearing and increase access to Aboriginals to the legal system :-\

Will they accept this? =/

would the establishment and increased usage of vcat be appropriate for recent changes?

what did everyone do for the extended response?
did we have to choose a side - either for juries or not?
i wrote about the stengths and how the weaknesses can be minimised through different reforms am i right? :S

I wrote the Koori Court aswell, but yeah, they should accept it. Atleast that's what the Connect Education notes said anyways.

Decent exam. Some questions were very open-ended, to me at least.
