You mean comparing and contrasting management styles?

Anyway, for similarities and differences, as long as you know the key features of each you should be fine.
For example, Autocratic and Persuasive styles are similar in the fact that decisions are made solely by management, however, in a Persuasive style, management attempts to 'sell' the decision to employees in an attempt to persuade them, which differs from an Autocratic style where management simply 'tells' staff what decisions it has made.
That could be comparing and contrasting Autocratic and Persuasive based just on decision making.

its most likely be a contrast question rather than a compare and contrast for styles

btw management roles are POLC and these are styles just to let u know.
