for the kotter questions would this be right i explained the four steps and then i explained how pacific brands which is the organisation i studied implemented these steps and thereby i should how the internal environment was effected.

thats what i did, i didnt no how to link them together so i just did it after i did the steps :S

how important is relating back to the case study in every question? ie even with the strengths/weaknesses of the decentralised/centralised system or whatever it was?

it was similarities and differences between the systems u dont really need to relate it to a case study but u can give examples but there wasnt a proper case study so yeh not really important

I believe that the examination to a certain extent was quite poor
my main reasoning being is that it will be hard to seperate the students
as one silly mistake and your out of the chance of a 40 as there is
a significant amount of kids that would get close to full marks
i didnt mind kotters although i wrote all 8 for safety but more ellabarated on the 4 of them
in relation to qantas

how did everyone attack the ESM question?

yehhhhh colba!!!! finner would've loved that ;)

esm question on the inputs and outputs and shit???
basically just send fair pay, enviro friendly products, reliability in products and getting suppliers from good supplies (not using child labor)

was shattered with exam, thought it was way to difficult and if u forget to simply add an important detail they could easily take a mark off!
