So how has everyone's first day been?
Tired, hot, and kind of overwhelming.

How about you? :)

Pretty much the same. Took the long way around to Rotunda and got confused by 15 Rainforest Walk  :P But lectures were alright although I think they get more intense over the semester

Don't worry about it. Lots of people were walking into my chem lecture thinking it was their lecture room. You're not alone  :)

Wooo! :)
I survived! (somehow, haha) :)
It felt like I had an information overload at some points during the week, but that's okay with me, as I have to catch up with all the bio stuff anyways (due to not doing bio in VCE- my mistake haha) :)

How was your week, Coffee?

Woo! Somehow survived as well. Although I'll admit I skipped my Thursday lecture, watched it online and the audio cut out for more than 75% of it. Our lecturer uploaded last year's recording and for some reason I still can't get it to play. Lesson learnt: I'm never skipping another lecture again. ::)

I feel like the last couple of days have improved for me, I had three tutorials today so I'm finally meeting and talking to people in class.

Does that happen to be linguistics? At least, that's exactly what happened to the second linguistics lecture. If it does happen to be so, you can actually just click on the last year recording link and although it doesn't seem to load, right click then save the video. Else, if it's not linguistics, maybe try emailing the lecturer/posting on the forum of the unit on moodle to get it working. Would be a shame that you just completely miss out because of possible technical issues on their end.

Yes! It was linguistics, haha. Thank you, I'm heading to the library later so I'll play around with it then. :)

Eeeeee you have no idea how excited this makes me! Who took your first class? Do you like your tutors? Is your tute room tucked away in some ridiculous corner of campus? Linguistics at Monash is the best thing ever, and everybody in the entire department is so lovely.

Please please please update me through the semester how you're finding it, and also feel free to ask any questions at all. ;D
