VTAC PIN?!?!

Omggg so I tried to sign up for the SMS ATAR service and I texted my 8 digit student number (without the letter) and also the PIN which I used last year...But it sent me back a msg saying "Invalid PIN" and says that "VTAC applicants" should call some number to get their PIN...so should I just call them up now?? :-\

What do you mean the pin you used last year?? Do you mean your birthdate?? Because I think this year your pin is the pin number you used for your VTAC application.

Ohhh okayy thanks!! I feel so stupid! haha I didn't know that the PIN this year would be the VTAC pin! :S haha oh well better to panic now than on results day! :P

LOL did it work?? If you want to try it, go to the VTAC website and go on course search and try it there :)

What date do we get given a VTAC pin?
I'm in year 12 next year and I want a pin ASAP.

Lol. You get to choose your pin when you register for VTAC which will be sometime next year. Stop jumping ahead and just take life as it comes :P

So to get our subject scores if we are in year 11, do we just do our VCAA number plus our birthdate was the pin?

Yep, so if you were born on Jan 1st (regardless of year) your PIN would just be 0101.
