The CAS has far superior 'algebraic solving power' (it's hard to explain). Basically, there is a reason non-CAS clalcs are not allowed for methods cas and spesh, they can't do a lot of the solving that CAS's can.

Ok thanks Rohitpi but can they do better graphs or something?

Have a good look on here for typical CAS features: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Computer_algebra_system

It's not about the graphing (both can graph basic high school stuff equally), it's about what they can solve and simplify and manipulate.

Well, I sorta get it now.
But I won't go buying those cals that can just
mainly do with the graphs but not actually calculus.
Tq for the link

A CAS (Computer Algebraic System) - uses algorithmic processes to work out things, rather than a graphics calculator which uses numerical processes.

For example, if you were to solve 2x - 6 = 0, the CAS would go 2x = 6 and then x = 3 whereas the graphics calculator would basically sub in different values and use numerical bisection to arrive at the answer

A CAS basically models a human approach to solving a question. Graphics calculators are far superseeded
