I'm not going to do this for you, but will help you with the steps involved in the procedure.
1) Split it up into a trapezium and a parallelogram.
Area of a Trapezium =
h)
Area of a parallelogram = bh (b=16, h=8)
2) Draw out the nets so that you can find what surfaces you have.
e.g. in the first one there is two rectangles of 15*4, two rectangles of 10*15 and two parralelograms of base 10 cm and height 4 cm.
Find the areas and add them up for the TSA.
For the other one there is two trapeziums of a=13.5, b=20 and h=10.5 (remember a and b are the parallel sides), then four different rectangles that you should be able to work out.
3. Similar deal to the above, but split that front face up into an issoceles triangle (i.e. two right angled triangles) and a square.
4. First find the surface area of each of the shapes.
Rectangular prism with square base 12*12cm
TSA = 2(12*12)+2(12*L)+2(12*L)
L=32cm, sub it in
Cylinder,
TSA= Two round ends plus curved surface (draw the net) =

r=d/2=7cm
The smallest one will stay fresher longer
b. minus the smallest from the largest.
